Mike Basayne

Founder & CEO

Twenty-five-plus years across commercial banking, investment banking, economic development, and Small Business Development Center leadership — including SVP and VP-level roles in agribusiness lending and over a decade reviewing vineyard land use as a county planning commissioner and tax appeals commissioner.

Wine Country Planning Services exists to bring that combined lens — lender, steward, advisor, coach, vineyard owner — directly to owners facing the biggest transition of their working lives.

Long time residents of the Napa Valley, Mike and his wife are the proud parents of five sons and three grandsons.
